Built in 1972 and lovingly renovated over the generations, our house welcomes families and friends who want to experience Port-Manec'h from the peaceful hamlet of Le Pouldon.

A genuine family home, loved for over fifty years.
Our grandparents discovered Port-Manec'h in 1964 and had this house built in 1972.
We grew up here, spent our holidays here and welcomed generations of family and friends. The house has been carefully repainted, renovated and updated over the years, while retaining a few details that tell its story: original floral wallpaper in two upstairs bedrooms, selected family furniture and the large stone fireplace.
The natural-stone terrace has also been completely rebuilt to sit comfortably within the garden.
An exceptional setting
The beach, slipway and coastal path are all within walking distance.
Port-Manec'h beach is around 400 metres away. Le Pouldon slipway and the GR34 coastal path are roughly 100 metres from the house.
Upstairs, the view opens onto the Aven estuary. In the late afternoon, warm light washes across the opposite bank, the trees and the boats — a landscape long associated with the artists of Pont-Aven.
